When you book a service, you agree to pay the amount displayed at the time of booking. Prices may vary by partner and location. We accept payment through the methods available on our platform. Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Partner Terms
Partners (parlours, boutiques, rental outlets) listed on Varnika must comply with our partner agreement, including fair pricing, service quality, and timely availability. We reserve the right to remove partners who violate these terms.
6. Prohibited Conduct

- Harassing, misleading, or defrauding other users or partners
- Attempting to circumvent our systems or security
- Copying or reselling our content without permission
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Varnika, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned by Varnika Network Private Limited or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute it without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Varnika Network Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
